Creating and setting up subscriber groups

Go to the Virtual PBX section >> Settings tab >> left menu Dial Plan >> Subscribers groups.

1. To create a subscriber group:

   • Click the Add button.

   • In the Add group modal window, enter the group name.

   • Click the Save button.
     

      

2. After creating the group:

   • On the Group tab, add extensions and check the necessary options — Record all calls, Deny call interception, Call shadowing (Eavesdropping). 

   • On the Outbound routing tab — Default number, type of auto-replacement (Region of called number, Automatic number replacement for outgoing calls), Allowed call destinations.
