Subscriber groups are groups with predefined settings that will be applied to subscribers included in this group.
- Purpose: A subscriber group allows you to create separate groups and manage them. Queues are created only for managing incoming calls and distributing calls to the required employees.
- Usage: Subscriber groups are used to sort employees by assigning them unified parameters (for example, a number for outgoing communication). Queues are used to distribute incoming calls (including using a queue as an extension).
For more information about group management, see "Creating and setting up subscriber groups".
