Phone number preselect

Preselect, prefix, or the option of pre-selecting a number before making an outgoing call — a feature that allows you to choose in the settings of the Virtual PBX the numbers through which the call to the end subscriber will be made.


Advantages:

  • Choose any number from those connected to the Virtual PBX for an outgoing call. For more details, see "DID numbers".
  • Assign a number for each individual call
  • Assign a number for an employee or the entire department
  • Change the number for outgoing communication instantly

In addition to preselect, there is an opportunity for automatic selection of a number for making a call (when the option “Region of called number” is connected).

The function is edited in the ”Virtual PBX” >> “Settings” >> “Routing” >> "DID numbers" “Outbound routing” tab.
