The "Subscriber's extension numbers" section is designed for managing and configuring subscribers.
- Internal — an operator, company employee with a short internal number. When calling each other, employees dial this short number. For detailed description, see "How to configure the internal subscriber".
- External — an employee who has call forwarding set up from an internal number to an external number – this can be a landline phone, mobile phone, or SIP-URI. For detailed description, see "How to set up an external caller".
- Mobile — an employee with a mobile phone and KOMPaaS Telecom SIM card, who has a short number and FMC option. Subscribers dial the short number to call each other. The mobile subscriber acts as an internal subscriber of the virtual PBX. For detailed description, see "How to set up a mobile subscriber".
