Special contact groups can be integrated with other services, such as chatbots and automated calls.
- In Automated calls, you can select Special contact groups to start calling through the list.
- In Chatbot, you can go to an element that requires making a call to a subscriber from the list, and the call will be made to the selected subscriber.
Creating a special contact group:
In the Personal Account, click 'Add special group' in the left menu.
Enter a name and click 'Confirm'.
Adding contacts to the group:
Use import. For more details, see 'Address Book → Import Contacts'.
Or in the left menu under 'Contacts', open a contact and attach it to the group.
Add a variable to make it easier to sort and filter contacts.
The variable is managed through the gear icon on the right.
