Announce element

Announce — the choice of an audio message with a pre-uploaded file, or text-to-speech synthesis.

By default, the system has one audio file with a voice menu greeting. You can use it when setting up IVR or upload your greetings and other messages.

In call scenarios, add the Announce element by clicking on it or dragging it from the menu on the right.

To edit the element, click on the pencil button.

In the Edit scenarios item modal window, choose the greeting form:

• Speech Synthesis — text-to-speech synthesis.
  

    

• File — uploading a previously prepared audio file to the system.
