How to view call analytics

This section allows you to analyze call efficiency using data such as call date and time, direction, phone numbers of participants, and call costs. It also includes the cost per minute and the duration of the calls. These data help analyze the overall cost and efficiency of telephone communications.

To view analytics, go to the section Services and subscriptions >> Detailing >> Calls. Analytics.

 


The table provides information for each call:

  • Data/time — when the call was made.
  • Direction — incoming call; outgoing call; internal network call.
  • A number — the number from which the call was made.
  • B number — the number to which the call was made.
  • C number — the number to which the call was diverted.
  • Talk time — duration of successful calls.
  • Price per minute — price per minute of successful call.
  • Cost — total cost of the call.

Below the table, total call information is displayed:

  • Total amount of calls — how many calls were made in total;
  • Total time — total call time;
  • Total cost — total call cost.

Filters:

  • Date filter — displays data by selecting the required date or period between two dates.

      

  • Default number — allows you to output data for the required number, selecting it from the drop-down list.

  • No grouping — allows you to display calls with a specific feature.

     

  • Show all calls — allows you to display only paid calls.

  • All directions — select the call direction.

  • +Add filter — selection of additional filters.

    • Additional filters have their own settings:

      • In range — select values that are within a specified range.
      • Not in range — select values that are outside a specified range.
      • Less than — select values that are less than a specified value.
      • Less or equal — select values that are less than or equal to a specified value.
      • More — select values that are greater than a specified value.
      • More or equal — select values that are greater than or equal to a specified value.
      • Equal to — select values that exactly match a specified value.
      • Not equal to — select values that do not match a specified value.

Control buttons:

  • Save filter — позволяет сохранить выбранный дополнительный фильтр. 

  • Choose filter — selection of a saved additional filter. 

  • The gear icon — removal or addition of table columns with data.
