The "Speech Synthesis" option allows you to convert text into speech.
Benefits:
- Reduces waiting time for customer response;
- Reducing workload on operators.
The option allows you to:
- Vocalize pre-loaded user variables, such as name, debt, etc.;
- Automatically inform customers, reminding them of payments, congratulate them on their birthday, etc.

Speech synthesis templates can be found in the "VPBX" section >> "Settings" tab >> left menu "Routing" >> "Speech Synthesis".
