Transcribe calls is a Virtual PBX feature that allows you to convert phone conversations into text.

The feature is designed for real-time analysis of phone conversations, specifically to help identify customer objections and formulate recommendations for managers, thus optimizing and automating the sales department's work. Using the Transcribe calls feature, you can analyze phone negotiations with foreign contractors and clients.

Note:

Transcribe calls can only be used when the Call recording option is enabled. See How to enable "Call Recording”.

The feature is available in Virtual PBX >> Calls (beta) tab through the conversation listening start button in the modal window Listen to the recording of a conversation.

What call data you can get:

  • Call type

  • Caller

  • Call destination

  • Date

How to manage the feature:

  • Start / Pause
