How to set up Question-answer

To create a "Question-answer" item, go to the "Virtual PBX" section >> "Settings" tab >> left menu "Routing" >> "Question-answer" and click on the "Add" button.

 

⚠️ Warning!
Before setting up the "Question-answer" service, you need to connect the "Speech Synthesis" service. For more details, see How to activate Speech Synthesis - Speech-to-Text / Text-to-Speech.

  

Note:
When choosing the "File" parameter, you will need to select records from a file - a question that is pronounced for the first time and a message that the answer was not recognized.

 

Set the parameters of the "Question-answer" element and click Save. Editing of the element is available at the bottom of the list.
