To enable the "Speech Synthesis" service, go to "Services and subscriptions" >> "Administration" tab >> on the left menu, select "Virtual PBX" and slide the toggle switch to the right next to "Speech-to-Text / Text-to-Speech".
The cost of the service is 35 €/Month.
