To configure, go to the “Virtual PBX” section, then navigate to the “Settings” → left-hand menu “Routing” → "DID numbers", and at the bottom, select the “DID number” tab.
For the client’s convenience, when a number is connected, three subscribers (requiring configuration), a queue, and a basic routing scenario are automatically created. Calls to the number will be processed according to this setup.
You can choose a different routing scenario from the existing ones or create a new one.
To assign a different routing scenario for calls received on the company’s phone number, select the routing scenario from the dropdown list and click the “Save” button.
Next to the phone number, in the “Route scenario name” column, there is a link to access the selected routing scenario.
