To create an integration go to Integrations → «Marketplace» tab and click on Kommo block.
Click «Create integration» button, then click «Save».
You will be redirected to authorization/registration page on Kommo.
After you log in, you need to choose your account, and then allow access for «Virtual PBX by KOMPaaS V2» on Kommo.
You will be redirected back to «Integrations» → «Marketplace» tab. Click on Kommo block.
Then open integrations settings using three dots → «Open».
In Step 1 you can setup:
Title - customized name for the integration.
Integration connected domain - Kommo domain to which integration is connected. This field is not redactable.
VPBX internal number - choose which VPBX you want to use with the integration.
Number selector - here you can choose which phone numbers you want to use with the integration. If you want to use all numbers (connected to VPBX) you can click «Add all numbers».
In step 2 - you can set up:
Responsible by default - you can assign a default person responsible for handling leads.
Assign lead to the replying manager - this option can be checked to assign the lead automatically to the manager who replies to the call.
In the event of an unknown inbound call - select an action to take for unknown incoming calls:
- Create a contact;
- Create a contact and a lead;
- Do not create leads and contacts.
In the event of an unknown outbound call - select an action to take for unknown outgoing calls:
- Create a contact;
- Create a contact and a lead;
- Do not create leads and contacts.
Create leads in pipeline - choose a specific pipeline in which to create new leads.
Pipeline stage - choose a specific stage in pipeline to create new leads.
Create Tags - you can specify tags that will be added to the lead automatically. The currently listed tags include:
mcn
,clientPhone
,callDirection
,internalNumber
, andorganizationPhone
.Create task for a missed call - you can enable this option to automatically create a task when a call is missed.
Filter numbers from the blacklist - this option filters out calls from blacklisted numbers.
Create new lead for an existing contact - enable this to create a new lead even if the contact already exists.
Send speech analytics results - enable to receive analytics on call speech.
Send transcription - enable this to get a transcription of the call.
⚠️Attention
You have to connect Contact Center in order to use this feature.
In step 3 — you can add internal number from your VPBX to Users in Kommo.
Integration connected and set up.
