The integration allows sending events to email using integration actions.
For example, after a call is completed, send an email message specifying data such as the number from which the call was made, the operator's number, and the call duration. KOMPaaS allows automating integration actions of this type.
To create an integration, go to your KOMPaaS Personal Account, to the 'Integrations' section → 'Marketplace' tab and click on the Email integration block.
Click the 'Create integration' button, then 'Save'.
Now you need to configure the created integration. Open it and fill in the fields:
Title — integration name;
Email address — email address for integration;
VPBX ID (optional - for Automatic calls only) — VPBX number for downloading the conversation recording. And click 'Save'.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Click on 'Confirm your e-mail address'.
The integration is created. Next, you need to subscribe to the events of interest. This can be done in the 'Integration triggers' section. For more details, see 'Creating an Integration Trigger for Email'.
