How to set up “IVR Menu”?

Go to the “Virtual PBX” >> “Settings” tab and select “Routing” >> “IVR Menu” in the left menu.

To create a new voice menu:

  1. Click the "Add" button. The “New IVR Menu” modal window will open.

  2. Set IVR menu parameters.

  3. Click on the "Save" button. 

Editing is available below on the “IVR Menu” tab. 

In the “Call scenarios” section, configure the voice menu item. How to do this, see the “IVR menu element”.
