In the 'Virtual PBX' → 'Settings' → left menu 'Dial plan' → 'Subscriber's extension numbers'.
To create an internal subscriber, click the 'Internal' button. An Internal subscriber is an operator or company employee with a short extension number. When calling each other, employees dial this short number on their desk phones. For detailed instructions, see 'How to set up an Extension (Internal) number'.
To create an external subscriber, click the 'External' button. An External subscriber is an employee who has call forwarding set up from an internal number to an external number – this can be a landline, mobile phone, or SIP-URI. For detailed instructions, see 'How to set up Subscriber's extension numbers'.
To create a mobile subscriber, click the 'Mobile' button. A Mobile subscriber is an employee with a mobile phone. For detailed instructions, see 'How to set up a mobile subscriber'.
