Telephony redirection settings — Unconditional redirect

Modified on Wed, 13 Mar at 2:20 PM

Unconditional redirect allows you to automatically send all incoming calls to another destination (phone number or SIP URI) at all times, regardless of any conditions.

To enable unconditional redirection:

  1. Slide the toggle to the right for "Unconditional redirect".

    Note:
When “Unconditional redirection” is enabled, other types of redirection do not work.

  2. Add the required number of phone numbers, SIP URIs or aliases as for the scheduled redirect. Specify a time interval (in seconds) after which the call will be redirected to the next number if the previous one does not answer after the specified time interval.

  3. Enable the "Show redirected caller’s phone number" option, if it's necessary for the caller's number to be displayed to the called subscriber during redirection.

  4. The plus button adds and saves the specified data - phone numbers, SIP URI accounts, or Alias identifiers.
