Automatic Caller ID change

Automatic Caller ID change — The telephony system identifies the geographical location of the called subscriber and automatically directs the call through the nearest region (phone number) of those available to the subscriber.

Advantages:

  • The company employee's number will be identified as a local city number by the called subscriber, which increases the likelihood that the call will be answered.
  • The option simultaneously allows to increase customer trust and optimize call cost.

  1. The activation of the option is available on “Call handling scheme”, which is located in the “Telephony” section >> “Telephony” tab >> left menu Phone numbers”.

  2. Select the phone number in the table and in the “Call handing settings” column, and click on the wrench icon to access the management scheme.

  3. The «Call handling scheme» will open. Opposite the “Automatic Caller ID change” option, move the slider to the right.
