How to view phone numbers

To view phone numbers, go to 'Telephony' → tab 'Numbers' → left menu 'Phone numbers'.

The following data is displayed in the table:

• Call handling settings — opens a modal window 'Call handling scheme';

• Country — which country the phone number belongs to;

• City — which city the phone number belongs to;

• Number Type — local, mobile, nomadic or toll-free;

• Number — phone number;

• Lines — number of lines connected to the number;

• Redirect — forwarding status: green - yes, gray - no;

• Automatic Caller ID change — whether auto-replacement is enabled or not;

• User — the selected user will be used by default for making calls in KOMPaaS Softphone and KOMPaaS WebPhone applications;

  ✅Note: The user can be added to the numbers created for the 'Telephony' service.

  
  

• Service — how the number is used: Telephony, assigned to VPBX or to SIP trunk;

• Usage — which scenario the phone number is connected to;

• Comment — user comment for the phone number;

• Enable Date — date when the number was connected.
