The "Number verification" table in the "Telephony" section → left menu 'Number verification' is used for managing and analyzing the company's phone number space, overseeing the status of numbers, monitoring and analyzing calls and messages associated with these numbers, and determining necessary actions to improve customer service quality.
The table may display the following data:
Number — the customer's phone number;
Subscriber verification — the user identity verification status via government services, indicating whether the number is authentic and can receive calls. Green indicates verified; red indicates not verified. See ‘How to verify a phone number’.
Number verification — is the result of the process of confirming the authenticity of the number and its belonging to the user (using an SMS code, voice call or identification with documents). Green means verified; red means not verified.
Address validation — the verified address of the user (especially for landline numbers in Russia). Green indicates verified; red indicates not verified. See ‘How to verify address’.
Installation address — the address where the phone number is registered;
Turn on date — the date when the number was activated;
Turn off date — the date when the number was deactivated;
Date — the date when changes were made;
Verification date — the date when verification was completed;
Who made changes — the email of the user who made the changes;
Log — a detailed log of changes.
‘Gear’ button — show/hide columns of the data table.
- Use search with filters by number or address.
The table also includes filters:
Number type — a filter by number type (mobile, geographic, nomadic, toll-free 8800, or premium numbers).
Region — a filter by the region assigned to the phone number.
Verification — selection of the status Verified, Not Verified, or No Verification.
