Number verification

Modified on Wed, 11 Dec at 2:50 PM

The "Number verification" table in the "Telephony" section → left menu "Number verification" is used for managing and analyzing the company's phone number space, overseeing the status of numbers, monitoring and analyzing calls and messages associated with these numbers, and determining necessary actions to improve customer service quality.

The table can display the following data:

  • Number — the customer's phone number;
  • Subscriber verification — the user identity verification status via government services, indicating whether the number is authentic and can receive calls. Green indicates verified; red indicates not verified.
  • Statements — the name of the organization or individual associated with the number;
  • Address validation — the verified address of the user (especially for landline numbers in Russia). Green indicates verified; red indicates not verified.
  • Installation address — the address where the phone number is registered;
  • Turn on date — the date when the number was activated;
  • Turn off date — the date when the number was deactivated;
  • Date — the date when changes were made;
  • Verification date — the date when verification was completed;
  • Who made changes — the email of the user who made the changes;
  • Log — a detailed log of changes.

Also, the table offers filters:

  1. Number type — filter by number type (mobile, geographic, nomadic, toll-free 8800 and premium);

  2. Region — filter by the region to which the phone number is assigned.

  • The gear icon — removing \ adding data columns to the table.
