How to enable “Call handling” (Call management features)

To enable the "Call handling" service:

  1. Go to "Services and subscriptions" >> "Administration" >> "Phone numbers". Choose a phone number and slide the toggle to the right next to the "Call management features" option.

    The cost of the service is 0.5 €/month.   

  2. Or go to "Telephony" >> "Phone numbers" and press the button that looks like a wrench. The "Call handling" scheme will open.

    In the "Call handling scheme", click on the pencil icon next to any element. In the pop-up modal window, press the "Confirm" button. 

    Note:

    The charge is prorated for the days in the month for a monthly rate.


    The system will display a notification of successful connection in the upper right corner of the screen.
