Automated calls element

The "Automated calls" element is used to select automated calls. It is placed at the beginning of the call scenario, before other elements.

  1. To add the "Automated calls" element to the scenario, drag it onto the diagram by holding the left mouse button. 

  2. To edit the element, click the pencil button. Configure the settings and click the "Save" button. 

  3. To set a timeout limit, click the stopwatch button and specify the time. Configure the settings and click the "Save" button.
