Managing Automated Call Tasks

In the task list of the voice robot, you can manage tasks either individually or in bulk, by marking the required ones with checkboxes.

To manage tasks, go to the section “Automated calls” >>

Control buttons:

  • Start — start the task.

  • Pause — pause the running task.

  • Cancel — cancel the previously started task.

  • Test task — in the opened window, specify the phone number to which a call will be made using the scenario specified in the task. 

  • Edit task — edit the task settings. 

  • Copy task — copy the task and change its settings. 

  • Delete — allows you to delete a task in the status of “New”, “Cancellation” and “Completed”.
