Automated calls modes

Automated calls — The process of placing outbound calls in an automated manner. This is done using software that plays a pre-recorded message once the call is answered, which can be recorded by a human or a bot.

There are two modes for automated calls: Robocall and Progressive. These modes are selected when setting up either a mass or transactional task for auto-dialing within the "Voice Robot" at "Step 1":

Robocall

The "Robocall" mode is intended for calling subscribers from a list and engaging in a dialogue with them through an automated system following a predetermined scenario.

Progressive

The "Progressive" mode automates call execution by operators and enhances calling efficiency based on predetermined scenarios leading to operator engagement. The system calls a list of subscribers, and upon successful connection, links them with an operator.

Automated Calls in "Progressive" mode are dependent on the availability of operators in the designated queue. The "Queue" element must be incorporated into the scenario utilized for auto-dialing. Upon selecting the scenario, choose the appropriate queue from the dropdown menu at "Step 2":

If the desired queue is not listed, ensure that the scenario has been saved and refresh the page. The dialing process will proceed according to the statuses of operators within the selected queue.
