Connecting and setting up KOMPaaS

To connect a KOMPaaS number in the "Virtual PBX" section >> “Settings” tab >> “Routing” >> “DID numbers”.

1. Then click the “Connect” button and in the pop-up window go to the “KOMPaaS Number” tab.

    

2. From the dropdown list, select the appropriate phone number, call scenario (optional), and click on the “Save” button.

   ✅ Note: If you do not select a scenario from existing ones, a new scenario will be created for this phone number.

    

3. Now you need to set up:

   • DID number — see. "DID numbers routing Configuration".
   • Outbound routing — see. "Subscriber Outbound Routing Configuration".
