Connecting and setting up “Other operators"

To connect a number from another operator, go to the "Virtual PBX" section and select "Settings" >> "Routing" >> "DID numbers".

Click on the "Connect" button. Then go to the "Other operators" tab.

⚠️ Attention!

The connection of numbers from other operators is a paid option. If the "Other operators" tab is not available to you, this means that this option is not connected to you. To connect paid options of the virtual PBX, see How to enable “Third party operator number connection”.

Choose your operator from the list.

If your operator is not on the list or you are having difficulties with the connection, contact KOMPaaS technical support.

Enter your SIP account with this operator and number (for example, 441234567890). Also enter your login and password with this operator.

If necessary, connect the options:

Send the number of the person who initiated the call;
Enable number.

Try to connect by clicking the "Save" button.
