To access the records, go to the call statistics through the top menu of your personal account "Virtual PBX" >> "Calls v2.0".
To download the call, click the button
To listen to the call, press the button

Calls can be displayed in the following categories:
"All calls" - All calls of all types of subscribers, queues and services for the selected period of time.
"Voice robot" - All calls of the "Voice robot" service for the selected period of time.
"Robot controller" - All calls of the "Robot controller" service for the selected period of time.
Queue Calls - Calls from one specific queue for the selected time period.
Calls of the subscriber - Calls of one specific subscriber for the selected period of time.
"Mobile subscriber" - Calls of one specific mobile subscriber for a selected period of time.
Calls by number - Calls to a specific phone number (using the lookup mechanism). It is also possible to search for a part of the phone number and display all entries that include a given sequence of digits. It can be both 10-digit city or mobile numbers, and internal short numbers of virtual PBX subscribers.
All incoming and outgoing calls to this number will be displayed.
In the "Virtual PBX" menu, go to the "Calls v2.0" tab.
In the left menu, select the desired queue, subscriber, or select "All calls".
In the search field, enter the whole and part of the number (for example, 21) for which you want to search and press "Enter" or the search button.
Filtered calls - Calls sorted using the filtering mechanism. The filtering mechanism allows you to select incoming, outgoing and internal calls, as well as calls using the "Call from the site" service. You can use the filtering mechanism both for all calls at the same time, and for calls of one individual subscriber or queue.
In the "Virtual PBX" menu, go to the "Calls v2.0" tab.
In the left menu, select the desired queue, subscriber, service, or select "All calls".
Select the period for which you want to display entries.
Click the "Show Filters" button.
You can display incoming, outgoing, internal calls and calls made through the "Call from the site" service. To do this, select the appropriate checkboxes.
The administrator / subscriber can listen to and download the recording of a single call or all calls at the same time. In order to download all calls and recordings at the same time, click on the "Download call recording" button. In the opened modal window, specify the period for which you want to download call records.
