The function « Speech synthesis- Speech-to-Text/Text-to-Speech» allows you to automate communication with clients
A system converts normal language text into speech;

1.    In MyMCN click to  «Virtual PBX/ Settings»  and  «Routing | Speech synthesis » 

2.    Click to  «Add» new Speech synthesis.

3. Name it, and then select the language you can recognize the speech recognition comes on the typed text.

If you subscribe to this service, you can easily create sound files, messages that you will be able to assign in the Call script editor.
