Integration with Odoo

The integration works through WebRTC and SIP account credentials.

⚠️Attention!

To set up the integration, you must have an account in both the Odoo and KOMPaaS systems.


  1. Install the VoIP module:

    1. Open the 'Apps' tab and select 'VoIP'. 

    2. Then on the 'VoIP' tab, select the module. In this example, 'VoIP'. 

    3. Fill in the registration details for the selected module and click the 'Start Now' button. 

  2. Go to 'Settings'. 

  3. Now on the 'General Settings' tab → 'Integrations' section → open 'Manage Providers'. 

  4. Fill in the following information:

    • WebSocket;
    • OnSIP Domain;
    • VoIP Environment;
    • Transcription;
    • Call Recordings;
      • All the data required for filling out these fields can be found here. 

  5. Next, go to the user settings and fill in the SIP account credentials.

    • Navigate to the 'Users & Companies' section → 'Users'. 

    • Select the required user. 

    • Go to the 'VoIP' tab;

    • Select the provider and specify:

      1. Username;
      2. Password.
        • This information is available in your KOMPaaS account under the 'Settings SIP' tab.

 

Now you can make calls. 

  • The call log will be available in the 'Phone' section. 

    • Incoming, Outgoing, Missed calls, and call recordings.


If the phone icon does not appear or you have not installed the required module:

  1. Go to 'Apps'. 

  2. In the search field, enter VoIP and install any missing modules.
