For this task, go to 'Integrations' → 'Proxy methods'.
- Create a Proxy method 'Downloading a conversation recording';
- Fill in the Account number and VPBX number;
- In the Call ID field, enter ${{call_id}} (the variable will be substituted automatically);
The final link = <external link>?call_id=<Call ID>.
The link can be copied, for example, to a webhook or integration trigger, instead of <Call ID> substitute the variable (if it exists in the webhook) ${{call_id}} and the link for downloading the final call will be sent to the URL or external system.
