To get a conversation recording:
Make sure you have an integration in the 'Integrations' → 'Marketplace' section.
Open the 'Downloading a conversation recording' proxy method in the 'Integrations' → 'Proxy methods' section and copy the external link.
✅Note:
The 'Downloading a conversation recording' proxy method is created automatically when creating an integration.
Go to 'Integrations' → 'Integration triggers' and create a 'Call recording available' trigger.
✅Note:
The trigger must match the type of integration selected. For more information, see 'Creating an Integration Trigger for Email'.
In the trigger settings, specify:
- In the 'Integrations' field — select your integration.
- In the Message field, paste the copied link from the 'Downloading a conversation recording'' proxy method.
- Add to the end of the link — ?call_id=${{callId}}.
- Fill in the 'Trigger name' and 'Mail subject' fields.
Click 'Save'.
Now you will receive a download link according to your chosen integration.
