✅Note: Before creating a trigger, an integration with Email must be created. For more details, see 'Email Integration'. |
To create a trigger, go to the 'Integration actions' section and click on the Email integration block.
Click the 'Create trigger' button and select the event you're interested in (in this example, it's 'VPBX: End of an incoming call', when the number is linked to a Virtual PBX) and click 'Next'.
A settings window will open.
Example below:
- Trigger name;
- Selected integration;
- Message — the message text that you will receive via email. The message can include both text values and variables listed in the available parameters. To add the desired variable to the field, simply click on the needed parameter;
- Mail subject — the subject of the message to your email;
- Additional settings — optional.
Fill in the fields and click 'Save'.
The trigger is created.
Note that in addition to our trigger, two more triggers were automatically created when setting up the integration. These triggers are needed to send you the call recording. If you don't need the recording, you can simply delete them through the dropdown menu represented by three dots.
This completes the integration setup. You can now proceed to test the functionality. From now on, every time a call ends, a message with call data will be sent to the email you specified.
