A Virtual PBX User is an employee with access to the virtual PBX interface.
Capabilities:
View call statistics of virtual PBX subscribers (according to access settings);

For managing user roles, see 'Access levels'.
Listen to call recordings of the subscriber to which the user is linked;
Use Click-to-call functionality (when the associated subscriber has a configured SIP account);
Make calls through KOMPaaS WebPhone;
Make calls through KOMPaaS Softphone;
Modify Virtual PBX settings (if the user role is administrator).
User information is taken from the 'Users' table, accessible via the gear button in the top bar. See 'How to manage users'.
