Virtual PBX user

A Virtual PBX user is an employee with access to the virtual PBX interface.

Capabilities:

  • View call statistics of all virtual PBX subscribers;
  • Listen to call recordings of the subscriber to whom the user is linked;
  • Use Click-to-call functionality (if set up in the connected subscriber's SIP account);
  • Make calls through the web interface;
