Editing a task on Automated calls

After creating a task, you can only change the task settings in it, while the title and the list of phone numbers in it will not be able to be changed.

Note:

Editing is available when it is in pause state or has not yet been launched.

 

To edit tasks, go to "Automated calls" >> "Mass tasks" or "Transaction tasks".

  1. Check the task in the list.

  2. Then press the "Edit task" button.

  3. A modal window will open, in which all the settings that were specified when it was created will be available for editing.
