How to Create a Contact List

To make outgoing calls through the "Automated calls" service, you need to create a contact list.

Navigate through the top menu to the "Automated calls" section >> "Contact list".

1. Click the "Create a list" button.

2. In the pop-up modal window, enter the name of the list.

3. Add phone numbers:

   • Paste from clipboard can be used if only phone numbers are needed for calling without additional data. You can copy and paste them from any file, for example, an Excel table, or from any browser. The main condition is that there should be no more than 150 numbers.
     
     

   • File upload can be used if you need to upload a large number of phone numbers. The file should be in *.CSV format with separators (semicolon, comma or tab). You can drag and drop the file with numbers into the upload window or click "Open file" and specify its location.
      

   • The "Comment" field is optional and does not necessarily require filling out. After this, you need to click "Save". In the pop-up window, you need to specify:

   • Delimiter — what type of delimiter is used in the file:

     • Semicolon (”;”)
     • Comma (”,”)
     • Tab (” ”)

   • Import names of fields — specify in which column of the table (Field name) the phone numbers are contained and specify the Type of data.

   • The data is enclosed in — specify in what form the numbers are indicated in the table:

     • Double quotes (’ ‘)
     • Single quotes (” “)
     • As it is 

4. Click the "Save" button.

After creating a contact list, you can edit or delete phone numbers:

• Incorrect numbers are highlighted in red.

• Duplicate numbers are highlighted in yellow.
   

• To correctly process the list of numbers, it needs to be brought to the correct form using the "Remove duplicates" and "Remove non existent" buttons. 

• Now the list of numbers is correct.
