The 'Requests' functionality allows you to manage the status of requests and view a log of their creation.
For information on how to create a request, see 'Dialogues: Address Book, Requests, Speech analytics, Variables'.
The 'Board' tab provides the ability to change the request status by moving its card between status columns.
Board status settings are available on the 'Projects' tab → 'Board settings' tab.
Status settings are also available on the 'Settings' → 'Statuses' section. For more details, see 'Contact Center AI → Request statuses'.
The 'List' tab contains the history of dialogue creation.
