Contact Center AI → Requests

The 'Requests' functionality allows you to manage the status of requests and view a log of their creation.

For information on how to create a request, see 'Dialogues: Address Book, Requests, Speech analytics, Variables'.


  1. The 'Board' tab provides the ability to change the request status by moving its card between status columns.

  2. The 'List' tab contains the history of dialogue creation.
