Element Conference

The "Conference" element can be included in a call scenario to allow multiple participants (internal or external) to join a single call.

Note:
For subscribers whose numbers are not part of the virtual PBX to participate in the conference, you need to add the conference to the call scenario and correctly configure the call routing for external subscribers. For more details, see "How to grant access to a conference".

To add the "Conference" element to the scenario, click the three-dot button next to the element or drag it onto the diagram.

Select a conference from the list and click the "Add Item" button.

To select a different conference, go to element editing by clicking the pencil button.

Note:
To create a new conference version, click the link — "Conferences".

Click the "Save" button. Then connect the element with other elements of the scenario.
