How to set up Fax

To set up the fax, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Virtual PBX settings menu >> Settings tab >> Faxes in the left menu. A list of connected faxes will open.

   • Initially, 5 default faxes are registered in the system.

2. Specify an email address for receiving faxes. To do this, select a fax, tick the Send faxes to email box and enter the email address where the received faxes will be sent. You can specify several email addresses, listing them separated by commas. 

3. Click on the Save button.

4. Add the fax to the routing scenario. To do this, go to the Routing >> Call Scenario section in the left menu and select the Receive FAX item. As a result, the customer's call will be redirected to the fax according to the routing rules set.
