Receive FAX element

The Receive FAX feature is designed for automatic reception of faxes, which can be sent to the company's phone number.

When receiving a fax, the virtual PBX can save it in electronic form and send a fax receipt notification to specified email addresses or phone numbers. This can be useful for companies that frequently receive faxes, such as law firms or medical institutions.

To use the feature, click on the icon or drag it with the mouse from the menu on the right.

In the window that opens, select the fax and press the Add Item button.

To edit the feature, click on the pencil-shaped button.

In the Edit scenarios item modal window specify:

• Fax number — internal short number

• Name — name of the fax

• Send faxes to email — check the box if you need to forward a copy of the fax to an email address. If there are multiple addresses, specify them separated by a comma.

The call scenario in the screenshot shows an example where pressing the number "2" in IVR menu will enable sending a fax.
