Inbound call element

Modified on Thu, 27 Jun at 12:47 PM

The Inbound call element is automatically added to any scenario and is the starting point when creating a call scenario.

The Inbound call element has the Changing numbers for scenario feature available.

This feature allows you to add \ change the number directly in the scenario itself, which speeds up the user's work on creating and editing the scenario. You can add \ change an unlimited number of numbers to the selected scenario.

  1. To add \ change the number, hover your mouse over the Inbound call scenario element and click on the pencil icon.

    Note:

Linking a phone number to a new call scenario unlinks the phone number from the old scenario.

  2. In the opened modal window Changing numbers for scenario, select a number from the dropdown list.

  3. And then click the Save button.

  4. To add another number, repeat the previous steps.

  5. To unbind the number from the scenario, click on the icon — X.

And in the modal window, confirm the detachment of the number. The number binding will be removed.

    Note:

Cancelling the number binding means that the number will not be associated with any scenario.
