Tags in Contact Center AI allow you to mark a subscriber for easier classification, tracking interactions, and personalizing service.

To create a tag:

  1. In the Contact Center AI section >> Tags tab, click the Add tag button.

  2. Enter the tag name and choose a color.

  3. Click the Save button.

 

Note:

The number of tags is not limited.



A tag is assigned in the Dialogs section.
