'Tags' — allow you to mark a subscriber to simplify classification, track interactions, and personalize service.
To configure tags, go to the 'Contact Center AI' → tab 'Projects' → tab 'Tags'.
To add a new tag:
Click 'Add tag'.
Enter the tag name.
If required, select PBX scenarios or chatbots that will be associated with this tag. This tag will not appear in dialogs with other scenarios.
Choose the tag color and click 'Save'.
✅Note: The number of tags is unlimited. |
To delete an unused tag, check the box to the left of the status and click the 'Delete' button.
Tags are assigned in the 'Dialogs' section.
