How to enable SIP trunk

SIP trunk is a virtual communication channel connecting the operator's telecommunications platform and the customer's equipment. The connection and configuration of the SIP trunk is performed by the customer independently in the Personal Account.

  1. In the Personal Account, go to the 'Shop' tab in the top menu, then select 'SIP trunk' in the left menu.

  2. Choose one of the tariffs — Daily, Monthly, or Yearly.

  3. Click 'Add to cart'. 

  4. Go to the cart and click 'Buy'.

    • Connection and subscription fee for the SIP trunk service with the first line is free. 

  5. SIP trunk with the selected tariff is connected.
