Why isn't the integration working?

The integration may not be working for the following reasons:

  1. Incorrect API settings: If the integration uses APIs, incorrect keys, access tokens, or URLs can prevent it from functioning properly. In this case, we recommend reconnecting the integration in ‘Marketplace’ section.
  2. Authorization issues: Check your logins, passwords, and access rights — they may be blocking the integration. In this case, we recommend reconnecting the integration in ‘Marketplace’ section.
  3. System errors or failures: Malfunctions in one of the integrated systems (e.g., freezes, database issues) can interrupt the integration process.
