⚠️Attention! A call will be considered missed only if no connection has been established. In other words, in the VPBX statistics, a call may be marked as 'Missed', but still be considered successful if the caller did not reach the connection stage in the call scenario (for example, if they were listening to a voice menu or speech synthesis and disconnected). |
To create a trigger, go to the 'Integration triggers' section and click on the Telegram block.
Click the 'Create trigger' button and select the event you're interested in. In this example, it's 'VPBX: End of an incoming call', when the number is linked to a Virtual PBX. Then click 'Next'.
On the 'Filters' tab, select the previously created filter. The filter must contain the condition: variable value answered = 0 (meaning: the call was not answered). For more details on creating a filter, see 'Webhooks and Triggers Filters'.
On the 'Settings' tab, fill in all fields as shown in the example below.
Select an integration or create one if there isn't one ready. More details in 'Integration with Telegram'.
To add the required variable to the 'Message to transmit' field, simply click on the desired parameter.
- You can specify both text values and variables listed in the available parameters in the message.
If transcription and/or call recording is required, check the appropriate boxes.
The integration trigger has been created.
