Connecting numbers to VPBX/SIP trunk is a function of the 'Telephony' service. Available numbers can be connected and disconnected from Virtual PBX or SIP trunk depending on which service numbers the user has.
- Go to the 'Telephony' section → 'Phone numbers' tab. All purchased phone numbers will be displayed.
- Click the 'Connect' button.
✅Note: The 'Connect' button is available if 'Virtual PBX' or 'SIP trunk' services are connected, and the text next to it depends on which service numbers are purchased — 'Connecting numbers to VPBX/SIP trunk', 'Connecting numbers to VPBX' or 'Connecting numbers to SIP-trunk'. |
