Connecting telephone numbers to a VPBX

To connect numbers to VPBX:

1. Go to 'Telephony' → 'Telephony' tab → left menu 'Phone numbers'. All purchased phone numbers will be displayed.

2. Click the 'Connect' button.

   ✅Note: The 'Connect' button is available if 'Virtual PBX' or 'SIP trunk' services are connected, while the text next to it depends on which service numbers are purchased — 'Connecting numbers to VPBX/SIP trunk', 'Connecting numbers to VPBX' or 'Connecting numbers to SIP-trunk'. See 'Connecting phone numbers to VPBX/SIP trunk'.

   

    

3. Select from the dropdown list the VPBX to which the numbers are being connected and, if necessary, the scenario with which the selected numbers will be associated.

   ✅Note: If there is only one VPBX, at this step you can only specify the scenario. If you have the 'SIP trunk' service connected, at this step you can switch between connecting numbers to VPBX and to SIP trunk.

   

     

4. Click the 'Next' button.

5. Check the numbers that should be added to VPBX. To add all numbers at once, click the 'Select all' button. 

6. Click 'Save'. The selected numbers will be added to VPBX.

To disconnect numbers from VPBX:

1. Click the 'Disconnect' button and select the VPBX from which you want to disconnect numbers. If you have one VPBX, this step will be skipped.

   ✅Note: If you have the 'SIP trunk' service connected, at this step you can switch between disconnecting numbers from VPBX and from SIP trunk.

   

    

2. Check the numbers that should be disconnected from VPBX. To disconnect all numbers at once, click the 'Select all' button. 

3. After selection, click 'Save'. The selected numbers will be disconnected from VPBX.
