KOMPaaS WebPhone settings

To use KOMPaaS WebPhone, a SIP account with the type "WebPhone" is required.

 

  1. Create a SIP account of this type if it is not already available. For more details, see "How to create a SIP account".

  2. Next, attach a user to the subscriber. For more details, see "How to attach a user to a subscriber".

  3. Click the KOMPaaS WebPhone button in the top menu to open the WebPhone management interface. 

  4. Now you can make phone calls via KOMPaaS WebPhone. Dial the number in the format - two zeros, country code, city code and the rest of the number, and then press the call button.

 


Managing redirects

  • During a conversation, call forwarding to an internal number is available. 

  • To do this, open the dialer window, dial the asterisk (*), the number to forward the call, and the hash (#).

    • To disconnect from a conversation, press the end call button.
    • To return to the conversation, press the X or *1 button. 

Additional settings

  • Under the dial you can select the outgoing number when calling from a webphone. 

  • The "Settings" tab allows you to disable the reply feature for an account.
