This section provides users with data about SIP telephony connections and the ability to download the necessary SIP device for network operation.
Through the 'Telephony' section, go to the 'Equipment' tab.
Device Information:
The device parameters are specified, including:
- SIP Account;
- Status of the device — Online or Offline;
- SIP account type;
- Device — type of registered equipment for the SIP account (Virtual PBX, Phone number, or No service);
- Number of the subscriber and Virtual PBX;
- IP-address of the last registration (if status is Online);
- Date and time of the last device registration in the system;
- Device (VoIP phone model, KOMPaaS Softphone parameters, KOMPaaS WebPhone).
Column Search — All devices, Telephony Devices, Virtual PBX Devices.
Device Filters:
- Ability to display all devices, as well as filter by — Device Type, SIP Account Type, Status, Service Number and Show only SIP accounts linked to user.
Setup Instructions:
On the right, setup instructions are provided for various types of equipment and softphones, such as Cisco/Linksys, Gigaset, Yealink, as well as softphones for different operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS, Android, iOS).
When viewing the equipment list, you can perform the following actions:
Download KOMPaaS Softphone via QR-code. See 'Quick download of the Kompaas Softphone using a QR code'.
✅Note:
If already installed and the user is online, instead of the QR code, equipment parameters will be displayed, and a test call will be available.
Create a request to technical support if help is needed with equipment connection.
