Virtual PBX provides the ability to connect the "Prompter" function. This option allows you to analyze the effectiveness of your employees' online conversations, provide support to a new employee during a conversation with a client.
Now there is no need to take a break to clarify information or listen to a recording of a conversation.
For example: The manager joins the employee's conversation, where only the employee will hear him, and prompts the employee to answer the client's questions.
Then activate "Prompter - listening to calls":
To do this, go to the section “Virtual PBX" >> tab "Settings" >> menu on the left "Subscriber numbers".
Select the subscriber and at the bottom on the “Subscriber” tab, opposite the “Listen to calls (Prompter)” option, check the box.
